The Short Version

Every Noht Bahd drop is made specifically for you. That takes time. Your order isn't pulled off a shelf, it's produced, quality checked, packaged, and shipped direct to your door. Good things don't happen overnight. Plan accordingly.


How Our Drops Work

Each drop may ship through a different fulfilment and logistics partner depending on the product, region, and run. This is intentional, it allows us to source the best quality production for each specific drop rather than locking into one pipeline. What this means for you: shipping times and costs will vary between drops. What doesn't change is our commitment to getting your order to you.


Production & Dispatch Times

Because every order is made to order, there is a production window before your item even ships. This typically ranges from 7-13 business days, depending on the complexity of the drop, size of your order, and the fulfilment partner handling it.

Some drops also include custom packaging, branding inserts, or additional materials. These things take extra time and are part of what makes the experience feel like more than just a purchase. Don't expect your order at your door tomorrow. That's not how this works.


Estimated Shipping Timeframes

These are general estimates. Actual delivery times depend on the drop, your region, the fulfilment partner, the carrier they use, and many other factors. Every drop page will include the most accurate information we have at the time.

Overall rule of thumb: allow 1-6 weeks from the date of purchase. If a specific drop is likely to fall outside of this window, we'll communicate that clearly before or at the time of purchase.


Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and will vary depending on your location and the fulfilment partner handling that specific drop. We do not mark up shipping, what you see at checkout reflects the actual rate applied to your order.


Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via the email used at checkout. Use this to monitor your delivery. Please allow up to 24–48 hours after receiving your tracking number for it to update in the carrier's system.

If your tracking hasn't updated in several days, reach out to us, we'll be happy to look into it.


International Orders & Customs

We ship worldwide. However, international orders may be subject to import duties, customs fees, and local taxes upon arrival in your country. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are entirely the responsibility of the customer. Noht Bahd has no control over these fees and cannot predict or cover them on your behalf.

If you're unsure about the customs regulations in your country, we recommend checking with your local customs office before placing your order.


Damages, Delays & Issues

Noht Bahd does not handle the physical production, packaging, or logistics of your order. Once a drop is confirmed, fulfilment and delivery are managed entirely by the production and shipping partner assigned to that drop.

That said, we genuinely want you to have a good experience, and if something goes wrong, we want to know about it.

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or has a significant issue, contact us as soon as possible at nohtbahd.shop@gmail.com with your order number and photos where applicable. We will do everything within our power to make it right.

Please note: delays caused by customs processing, carrier issues, or events outside of anyone's reasonable control (weather, strikes, etc.) are not within our ability to resolve directly. We ask that you remain patient and reasonable. We're a small brand and we'll always be straight with you.

Wrong Address

Please double check your shipping address before completing checkout. Orders are sent to the address provided at the time of purchase. Noht Bahd is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address due to customer error. If you notice a mistake immediately after ordering, contact us right away, we'll do our best to correct it before the order enters production.
